1. Where are you from?

I am from Nigeria. My background and experiences inspire me as an artist, and I hope to use my creativity to share meaningful stories with people around the world.

2. In your artistic life, what interesting experiences have you had?

One of the most interesting experiences in my artistic journey has been discovering how much emotion and detail I can express through a simple pencil drawing. Since I started drawing in February 2026, I have been learning, practising, and improving my skills, especially in realistic portraiture. Every new drawing teaches me patience, discipline, and how to see the world differently.

3. What interests you to express in your artwork?

I am interested in expressing emotions, human experiences, love, hope, pain, family relationships, and the challenges people face in life. I want my artwork to tell stories that people can connect with emotionally, even without words.

4. Do you have a special style?

My preferred style is realistic drawing, particularly detailed portraits created with graphite pencil and charcoal. I focus on facial expressions, accurate proportions, shading, and fine details to make my subjects look as lifelike as possible. I am still developing my personal style, and I hope to create artwork that people can easily recognize as mine.

5. Have you had an exhibition that you consider the most important or interesting, for some reason?

I have not yet had a major exhibition, but I consider every drawing I complete an important part of my artistic development. Each project helps me improve and brings me closer to my dream of exhibiting my work and sharing it with a wider audience.

6. Who are your favourite artists, and why?

My favourite artists are Marvel Art and Eaziart. I admire their artistic skills, creativity, and dedication to their craft. Their work inspires me to improve my own drawing techniques, especially in realistic portraiture, shading, and attention to detail. They motivate me to keep practising, develop my personal style, and work towards becoming a professional artist whose drawings connect with people emotionally.

7. Do you want to transmit a message with your work?

Yes. I want my artwork to communicate emotions and tell meaningful stories about humanity. Through my drawings, I hope to remind people that every face has a story and every person has experiences worth understanding. I also want my work to inspire young and upcoming artists to believe in their abilities and keep pursuing their dreams.

8. What does art mean in your life?

Art is a way for me to express myself, communicate emotions, and bring my imagination to life. It gives me an opportunity to turn ideas and experiences into something meaningful that other people can appreciate. Art is also a journey of personal growth, and I hope to build a successful career through my passion and dedication.

9. Which techniques do you like to work with?

I enjoy working with graphite pencils and charcoal, particularly for realistic portraits. I like using shading, blending, contrast, fine lines, and careful observation to create depth, texture, and life like expressions. I am constantly learning new techniques to improve the realism and quality of my work.

10. What would you do to bring art closer to people?

I would share my artwork and drawing process on social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook so that more people can appreciate art and understand the effort behind it. I would also like to participate in exhibitions, collaborate with other artists, create affordable commissions, and teach beginners what I have learned. My goal is to make art accessible, relatable, and inspiring to people from different backgrounds around the world.
